Meet Our Team

Born and raised in the heart of Cape Cod, I experienced the incredible caliber of talent here first hand. As a young musician myself, I realized the need for entertainment was there, but venues didn’t know how to find it. I went on to tour the country performing my own music, but always went back to the question: “how can I strengthen Cape Cod’s music scene?”

In 2020, entertainment around the world suddenly ceased and I found myself back in my hometown of Eastham. As the months went on and people longed for live entertainment again, I saw an opportunity and Bonfini Entertainment was born. As a musician, I understood what performers wanted (and deserved!), but as a business woman and lover of organization I also knew what venues needed.

Constantly learning, growing, and adjusting everyday to make your experience with us exceptional, Bonfini Entertainment is an entrepreneurs dream turned reality and we pride ourself in being a family owned and operated business!

NATALIA BONFINI

-FOUNDER-

Front of the house — Natalia has a dual bachelor’s degree from Lesley University in Counseling Psychology and Music Therapy. Because of these, her strength is communication and she is the main point of contact for all bookings. Being a musician herself, Natalia has toured the country performing and even secured a top spot on Season 20 of American Idol. When she’s not booking events, she’s out exploring with her pup, Bree, and her husband Clay!  

JOSLYN BONFINI

-ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT-

The woman behind the scenes!— Joslyn has a Bachelor’s in Business Management from the Isenberg School of Management and over 10 years of field experience. She keeps the wheels of our operation turning from managing our financials to organizing events and everything in between all while being a full time momma to her two beautiful little girls!

BRAD CONANT

-ARTISTIC DIRECTOR-

The finer details — Brad is the man you will see on site at your event managing music and overseeing the band. He works with you directly to decide on the smaller details like song choices, the bands overall feel, and the stage size to name a few things. He is a highly accomplished percussionist and live performer with a degree from Berklee College in drumset performance and course work in music education, music law, and music production. Plus he’s a super baby dad!
